Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any supporting products to help with childhood anxiety/depression?

I know there are a lot of methods of dealing with issues, but are there and actual physical products, as I can't seem to find anything?

If anyone could help with some examples then that would be great, thanks. :)

The book "big bag of worries" is good. Also Paul stallard has done a lot of work on this and developed computer packages, can't think of name right now but Google it and should come up. Look on amazon for children's books about cbt and there should be loads. There's definitely some online tools too, should be fairly easy to find.

Think good feel good is the Paul stallard book and I definitely rate it professionally.
