Mine are now 21mo and nearly 4yo, but we've had the same routine for a while.
6pm upstairs for bath. Both in bath together. Out by 6:30pm. Dried and dressed together in bathroom.
Into our room for a bit of playing, milk, stories, teeth.
7pm Take DD2 to bedroom. Read her a story in the semi-dark and put her in her cot. Meanwhile DD1 stays in our room playing quietly.
7:15pm. Take DD2 to bedroom. Read her a story in the semi-dark in bed.

we're very similar here. 3.1 dd and 15 month ds. don't always have a bath but go upstairs at same time, milk and pj's together. bit of a play, then ds goes to bed whilst dd reads. then dd has proper story time and bed by 7.30.
we don't always have a bath before bed as it makes them too excited and frankly I can't be arsed unless dh is home. we tend to bath during the day. hth

Dd2 will not go in her cot awake. We do half co-sleep sometimes if they're unsettled in the night but it's the settling down part.

We all usually snuggle in our bed with stories until they go off which is more the norm and lovely.. Just some nights we would like to have us time, or do some work with quiet time

We're switching now 17mo to toddler bed, and 3yo to bigger bed at least then we can snuggle in there room and soothe there when needed..

It's hard sometimes too if dp gets home late from work and they live to play and wrestle with him. Which then gets them all hyper before bed Hmm tonight for instance.
