5 mo baby won't settle in evenings

She used to be perfectly happy to be bathed, fed, then put down - fast asleep - in her crib. Then she'd wake a few hrs later for a feed (ebf).
Now she just won't settle and only wants her mama - daddy cuddles won't cut it. She can self settle by sucking her fingers but is opting for boob instead -though not feeding properly most times.
Any thoughts? She's up 2 or 3 times a night and now my evenings are hijacked too..bit exhausting!

Could she be teething? teething always makes my dd more clingy and less good at self settling.

Possibly...she's been dribbly for ages, no other clear signs but babies do teeth for ages before one appears! It must be something like that. I want an early night!

All bets are off after about 4months. It's probably a developmental spurt - roll with it and it'll pass! Babies are very good at knowing what they need - if she needs cuddles to get through it then so be it! By the way, you're doing very well indeed if she's only up two or three times a night (for reference I was up nine times with my 26 week old last night and that's by no means unusual) - bear in mind she may be tanking up during the evening to get her through the night, so settled evenings might result in more wakeful nights.
