Hi all
Please help, I need some advice! My DS is 2 6mnths, he doesn't yet talk and is waiting for speech theorpy and sometimes gets frustrated and lashes out by hitting. This i can deal with and put him on his naughty step etc.
Today however, we were at a indoor activity place and he bit a little boy, this is the first time that i know that he has done this. I really told him off and apologised to the mother (which she ignored - fair enough as it was a nasty bite). However, there was a group of women watching and all talking about me saying that i was just telling him off?? (am putting his shoes on to leave as punishment) I wasn't happy and asked them exactly what would they want me to do, beat him??
Has anyone got any advice or been in this sort of situation, could really do with some help!
