DD automatically stands on her toes...

dont know if its normal as DS always had a full foot on the floor but DD is 6mths old and at that stage where she wants you to stand her all the time but she automatically pushes herself up onto her toes. Is there anything I can do to help her stand on whole foot? I know its not a major concern but DS never did it at all but then he was an early walker etc.

my 18 month old sometimes goes around walking on her tiptoes
looks v strange but I've never thought about it
maybe she just wants to be taller?

Ds does this, but it has got a bit better since we had him measured and bought him proper walking shoes from clarks.

I think it was the walker that did it!

obviously she is too young to be walking yet but just wondered why she went straight on her toes asI had always thought babies only did that if they had been forced to in walkers that are too high etc.

thanks all

i think if she CAN put her foot flat on the floor its nothing to worry about and just a baby preference
