Incredibly clingy 7m old

DS is 7m. Up until now, he's been a very easy baby, but over the last two or so weeks he's become incredibly needy. He wants to be in the sling the whole time (never needed this before), gone off his solids, wanting the boob more, not sleeping as well etc etc. I think he had a touch of cold but that seems to have cleared up. Lots of drooling last week, but no new teeth come through.

He's just mastering sitting and crawling: could this be it? Or has he just undergone some personality transplant... ??

I would say almost definitely teeth. Even if you can't see any I bet they will appear in the next 2-3 weeks.
Whenever my boys had teeth coming they would turn into clingy horrors!

He already has two teeth which arrived really early, but then he stalled so it could well be teeth. Will keep an eye out: hope they arrive soon - this is killing me...

Today I felt two big lumps (one on either side) where his front molars will be. Big surprise: I figured the top teeth would be nice (he already has the bottom two). Poor boy: those big teeth must hurt. We're racing through the Calpol!!
