milk - what's next?

my ds is 11mth and drink 2 x 7oz FFa day from a bottle. obviously come 12mths he can have cows milk. should I use a beaker now, wean him off the morning feed etc...? have no idea!!!!

I think it's a good idea to try and hey him on a beaker as soon as possible so we doesn't start using the bottle for comfort. I've seen advice saying to do it before they are 1. Might be easier to start of putting water in the beaker as it'll be easier to clean up than milk, as training them can be a bit messy at first. No idea about how much milk he should be having though-no doubt there'll be someone who does along soon
