Need some inspiration; what do you do with your 11 month olds? We play lots, sing lots, walk lots & love being out and about! Need some new ideas & toy recommendation please Smile

When I say play I mean 'the usual' peepo, stacking/knocking down games, taking things in/out boxes/washing basket/toy chest & with walker and bought toys like cookie jar, picnic basket, tea set...

Ds 13 mo loves musical toys eg www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/productdisplay0_10751_-1_127226_10001 and home made maracas and has done for a while - whilst we make ( v v v bad music) noise together

Also at about that age I started taking him to the swings in the park , I know weather isn't great now, but he still loves it

Gymbabes is great for physical activity, or anywhere with a soft-play area.

Dd2, also 11mo, loves our toy tea set and all the little cups and plates and plastic cake! We lay out a blanket and put teddies round it and sit and have tea parties together. She has even tried on occasion to hold a teacup up to her teddy's mouth! She also loves the 'That's Not My...' books and her favourite thing to play with right now is her Usborne Baby's very first touchy-feely Animals Play Book, which she will happily sit and play with and touch all the animals for ages.
