Any tips?
It's got bad over the summer break, and she has started reading in the dark to try to get sleepy. She gets plenty of exercise and has more or less the same bed time. I am trying to get her up at the same time each day, but obviously if I know she didn't get to sleep until after midnight I feel it is too harsh getting her up at 7.30 when it's the holidays.
I'd be really grateful for any suggestions
