Help 3year old going on 9

Really need help my 3 year old Ds is a loving little boy but he is answering back shouting hitting and the paddy s are going from bad to worse. I've tried time out naughty step go to bed taken toys away etc has any one got some more ideas I tried reading some parenting books I was already doing quite a few of them is it just normal for his age I'm sure it can't be help!

Try and find the book toddler taming in the library. I can remember it being a great help when my son was around that age.

I'm in the same boat. No real answers but have found confiscating favourite toys, that he then has to win back by good behaviour seems to have the most impact.

I agree, only consequences like taking toys away or me not playing with her have had any effect.

In the same boat. Just keep going I think. My 3 year old announces that he's decided he's a grown up every day at the moment.
