Dr Brown Teats

Hi

My DS will be 11 weeks on Saturday and he seems to be struggling with wind pain more and more over the last week or so. He is using size 1 teats with Dr Brown so was thinking that perhaps the teat hole is too small and is causing the wind and perhaps I should try the next size up which is for 3 months plus. Has anyone else experienced this or have any recommendations?

many thanks

I used size 1 until DS was about 5/6 months old, then size 2 until about 9/10 months and then size 3 now (DS is now 14 months).

I used Dr Browns teats in conjunction with colief and this really seemed to help my DS as he had bad wind and never seemed to burp and had bad constipation. The colief helped him fart more than burp and he used it until about 10 months. We started the colief at about 4 months too. Get a prescription from your doctor as it is quite pricey to buy...

I switched to size 2 at about 8 weeks too. Worked much better. Just try a couple of times can always change back!
