4 Month growth spurt?

My baby is 21 weeks old and recently her mood/behaviour/feeding/sleeping has all changed and I'm really confused!

Daytime: She used to feed 4-hourly but now feeds adhoc demanding more and often breaking feeds. She doesn't settle very well at all; sometimes missing a nap completely. Whiney, Wingey and seems uncomfortable.

Nightime: Waking in the middle of the night when she used to sleep through.

Initially I thought she was teething as everything goes in her mouth and she dribbles a lot... Then, I thought she might need 'thicker' food so giving her hungry milk (bottle fed baby) and started introducing some solids.

Is it a growth spurt? Or is it me???

I don't know about 4 month growth spurt but there is a notorious 4 month sleep regression, linked to a big developmental leap at that age. Many parents find their previous good sleepers start waking v frequently at this stage. the trick in theory is to get through this stage without creating too many bad habits that will stick after the regression has passed ... god knows how though!
