Mine is still in the cot, sorry.
We had similar issue on holiday when she had a bed so we won't be taking her out of cot any time soon!

Could you use rewards? Would she respond to a sticker chart?

Supernanny's rapid return is all that worked for us (took 4 months of trying everything else)

yes we have a reward chart at home but she keeps getting up I asked her if she was to hot she is fine I think we will be going back to a cot

We used the super nanny technique too returning back to bed with minimum interaction and it did help when we moved DS to a bed.

Is your DD still having an afternoon nap? My 2.8 DS will have a nap some days and if he sleeps later than 3pm he won't go to sleep at night very easily. I try to keep him going in the afternoon and we have the odd meltdown but he's usually so tired he'll go straight to sleep. I think I prefer a short meltdown to an hour of trying to get him to bed...

My dd is two and still in a cot. She hasn't napped for ages now and goes down very quickly, is very tired by 6.30pm. Contemplated a bed but she has quite a big cot, doesn't try to climb out and is still happy to go in it.
