10 year old tantrums

hi all my ten year old daughter takes real bad temper tantrums she screams really loud opens window so outside can here and kicks and bangs doors im worried my neighbour will think something is wrong and report me as when she screams it sounds like it end of world she wont do time out and wnt stay in room if i ground her or take tv out room she screams louder and she gives me such cheek

you should close the window, grab her hand, take her to your room and simply ask her how old she is and when she say's 10 you tell her to start acing like it and if she is going to be bad then she has got to face to consequences and be strict show her your in charge and get her to apoligise to the neighbour once she has caled down and learned her lesson xx

Do consider filming her and show her how silly she looks later when calm

When she screams more because of tv being removed or whatever, what do you do?

So if you punish her and she screams louder do you back down or stand firm and allow her to scream all she likes until she realises that it is having no effect?
