Does she usually eat well?

Any temperature, other signs of illness?

Dribbling/ potential teething or runny nose?

Are bowl movements okay/ regular?

Is she drinking normally?

So long as she's drinking and no other symptoms I'd be tempted just to ignore.

My two year old (youngest of three) is a great eater but she has no food days. She's on her own version of the 5 2 diet. Occasionally described as eating like a toddler. She's a healthy weight and eats foods across the different food groups so I'm of the attitude don't stress but I don't let her leave a good meal then have sweets. If she's not hungry for one thing then that goes for all.

Does she have a sore throat or tummy ache? Constipated maybe?

If not leave out a variety of snacks and tell her she doesn't have to eat but if she changes her mind she can eat what is left out.

Maybe a smoothie or milkshake instead of water / juice?

If you've got any juice ice lollies in they might be worth a try before soft food incase of sore throat.

Things like squeezy yogurts, grapes, raisons, strawberries, cubes of cheese are all easy picky food that you can just put a few bits in a bowl to test if her appetite is returning.

If theres nothing wrong illness wise, i'd just leave food out in her way ie. Coffee table and not say anything. If i ask my 2 yo if she wants food sheoften says no coz shes leRning to assert herself. But if its just there, she'll eat it. Also i believe humans aren't built to eat 3 regular meals a day. I think my daughter eats when shes hungry as a human naturally would. She has 'eating' days and non eating days. I dont worry. Its a throw back from wartime that we should eat 3 meals a day and finish our plate coz theres no more food after that. Its not our natural eating cycle.

Yeah Thats a great idea thanks marissab xx I will try that now thanks xx
