Yesterday while we were at her BBQ she said to DAS time for medicine Sad?. She came out with his tablets, let hime put them in the yoghurts himself, and them he ate it all up Grin. Big cheer for him when he'd finished Smile
Hes only been there now about 3 weeks and its like he's never been away, Im soooo proud of him and my friend.
Thankyou all for you concern on the last thread just wanted to let you know the success we'd had

Thats great stoppinattwo!! It sounds like he's settled in really well Smile

When ds needs an antihistamine tablet he says "I'd like to hide it in the marshmallow myself mummy".

Now I've read about your friend I think we should all stop trying to hide medicine and let them "hide" them themselves.

Thanks Maddison n Threebob, He has settled so well and is so accepting, Its almost sad that a little three yr old can adapt so quickly, he hasnt cried to go to his old home, infact he's not looked back yet. I said to my friend today that she should be proud and she's done a really good thing in taking him on alongside her other DS.
I think the whole adoption thing gives a real feeling of doing some good for someone. Smile
