5 week old and tummy time

Putting DD on her stomach, she has not once attempted to lift her head. She lays her head to the side and sort of 'swims' her legs and lifts her bum in the air instead. Normal or should she be trying by now? I have no idea.

Normal.

normal. Just keep popping her on her tummy a couple of times a day and she'll gradually get stronger.

5 weeks is so early to be worrying about that, my baby wouldnt go on her front till 4 months without getting upset. Now shes turning over all the time and rolling across the room very happily. Your probably going to worry about all sorts of little things along the way, just like i did but your baby will do it all but in her own time.
