3 year old reverting to poos in pants - help!

My 3 year old daughter has been successfully potty trained since October but has recently started pooing in her pants to the point where she is doing this twice a day. We had a third baby in march making her the middle child, so am guessing the behaviour is attention connected.... I'm really trying my best to give her more indivudual attention, but hard in a busy household with 5 year old on school hols and a baby in the mix! Any advice/tips out there? Or reassurance that it will pass?!!! (i know it will but feeling very down about it). Thanks!

Try not to give her too much attention when you clean it up. No are contact or talking. No asking why or trying to reason.

Clean, change and resume what U were doing before. If she is not getting any attention from it, it will pass sooner. Only took a few days with dd1 after she did this when dd2 was born.
