Hi, should I have one all the way round? My 5 month old is moving around the cot now and I'm worried she gets stuck between the bars?

They are not recommended due to risk of entanglements and overheating.
Sleeping bags do a better job- in this hot weather DS2 is wearing a 0.5 tog which is just like cotton sheet.

Or there is a type of bumper which is breathable and no ties- airwrap or airflow or something?

We use Airwrap bumpers. They are available in loads of places. They are a soft mesh so if the baby sleeps with their face pressed up against it they can still breathe. They also stop the arms and legs from poking through the bars!

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. They soon let you know if it happens!
