hi all my 4 year old boys sweats bad at night we have his window open and dont put his duvet on just a blanket as he says he hot and when i wake him during night for toilet he wet with sweat and the smell of sweat is bad any tips

I'd ditch the blanket. Either leave him naked or just a thin sheet is fine. If the sun is on his window during the day I'd keep the curtains closed so that the heat doesn't build up. Make sure he has access to water at night too and do you think that putting a fan on him might help?
