Hi everyone I'm in need of some advice please.
My little boy is 17 months old and all of a sudden night times are a real struggle. He will not go down for a sleep without me in the room.
He has always handled bedtime really well goose down with a booted and straight to sleep. But the last week has been tantrum after tantrum, screaming kicking throwing everything out of his cot . It's really starting to worry me. I have been doing the separation technique where you get closer to the door each time and it was working but tonight is a different matter. He's not teething or unwell. It amazes me how they can change there own routines over night 😊
Thanks everyone x

May sound silly but if you can purchase or have a CD player, maybe even baby motzart cd or a calming weather cd, pop that in repeat, pop him to bed and walk away, sometimes music is a great distraction and if on repeat it will get boring lol
