ready to learn 30 month check for todler?

I just recived letter about check up for my DS

Never heard about one apart from the rutine one at gp
The one Ive got is from different gp practice

Can anybody help me please and explain to me
what kind of check up is it?

My ds had his this week. I answered questions along the lines of - does your child have temper tantrums and angry outbursts? Does your child find it hard to sit still? Is he constantly fidgeting? Does your child have trouble sharing? I responded that all of these were "somewhat true". This has now been totted up & recorded on his notes as "newly suspected concern" about behaviour. I am not concerned about his behaviour. HE IS TWO AND A HALF
