lost my red book - could someone tell me something from the centiles chart for weight please...

Where on the centiles would the following be (boy):

8.19kg at 38 weeks

8.03kg at 42 weeks

Just above the 9th and just below the 9th respectively.

between 9th and 25th centile
slightlt over 2nd centile for the 32 wk.

Ah thank you, not as low as I thought then.

He was on the 50th centile not so long ago, eek!

HV is totally unconcerned though - is definitely a "look at the child, not at the charts" type guy

I would go with the health visitor on the look at the child theory,surely every child is built differently as lond as bab is eating well dont worry.Also when they start toddling about they lose weight dont they.
