This might sound odd, but I just wanted to see if our babies sleeping behaviour is 'normal'...whatever that is!?
He sleeps every 1.5-2 hours during the day for varying lengths of time. He has his last feed about 6pm and then sleeps from about 6.45pm until about 1am for a feed.
I moved him into his own room last night as although the above might sound great, he is very restless at times which was keeping me awake.
This morning he slept till 5.15am and I could hear him fidgeting and getting a bit worked up. He uses a dummy to get to sleep ( which falls out once he is in a deep sleep and this doesn't disturb him). If he wakes up at this time though he needs dummy to get back to sleep so I found myself going back and forth when it kept dropping out. Eventually bought him into us at 5.45am to settle him so I could lie down too!
He isn't hungry and had his next feed 6.30-7am
I know we made a rod for our own backs when we gave a dummy at 3 days old but he is a very sucky baby and it really does make the whole getting to sleep thing quite straightforward!
I guess I just want some reassurance this is all pretty standard stuff
