Baby Monitors

Hi There

Wondering if anyone can advise .... I have a 7 month old and due another baby in 6 months so I will need two baby monitors as they will be in different rooms. Is there one that maybe has two baby units and one parent sir if not two parent units is fine. I have a BT 250 at the mo (which is faulty) so I don't mind getting an entirely different one.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, i have been to Motherecare and asked this and they look at me as if I have just asked the most difficult question!!!!! Lol

Thanks Smile

Hi, I haven't come across one to be honest (not one that would have two separate channels anyway). I think you would have to get two separate units - sorry!

Agree with chocolate. I don't think it exists as the parent unit couldn't be tuned into two channels at once.
We've just got our 3rd bt250 in 10 months. Despite it breaking all the time it does seem to have the best sound. We just keep the receipt and get the shop to replace it each time Grin

I have the Motorola video monitor and you can have up to 4 cameras on it, so can switch between rooms. It's absolutely brilliant. I am 6 months pregnant and have a 13 month old so am happy I will be able to use it for both of them.

Wow I came on here to say I always just left he door a bit open, didnt have one (my dc are aged 9-13). People really have cameras ? I've never heard of that!

But won't the baby be in with you for first six months anyway? so you have a whole year to wait for them to make a two channel oneGrinGrin

I have the BT 1000 digital video monitor and you can buy extra camera units for it - of course you can only view one camera at a time (switch between them) but I think you realised that, didn't you?
