Reflux

I'm breastfeeding and I think my little chap has reflux. I was wondering if any one had any tips for what I should and shouldn't be eating to stop the reflux. And any tips with little one. Did't real want to give him gavison.

Don't dismiss infant Gaviscon, it transformed things for us. But you need to keep baby upright for 30 mins after each feed and try raising the end of the crib.
