Snatching toys and shrieking

My just turned two year old is lovely for us but hideous for her childminder. Apparently she keeps snatching toys, shrieking and hair pulling. Both us and the childminder use the same discipline techniques (hand back, apologise and time out for persistent behaviour). Last week she kicked the childminders cat! Help! Our older girl (4) loves her childminder and I think she's great with the kids - so what's going on???

How is her speech?

My dd does this too but she is a bit older (2.7yo) so we have been coaching her in what to say instead of screaming and snatching...

"Can I have that please?"

"I am playing with that"

"Do you want to play with me?"

She turned 2 three weeks ago but her speech is good, she's used to playing with her big sister and friends. I'll definitely give that a go. Thanks for your help.
