my baby girl is 12 months and normally at bed time she will sleep but for the past few nights she wakes up screaming ive tried everything to settle her but nothing seems to work anyone plz have any ideas

Could she be teething or unwell? What have you tried? Have there been any other changes, for instance in her diet or childcare?
