Getting my child to sleep still....?

Hello, my son is one and i think its time to put him into a bed as he is walking and starting to climb, he is already in his own room,
Thing is he doesnt stay still when he is asleep and moves about the bed, he also sleeps in a sleeping bag,

So any ideas on how to stay still and the transition into a toddler bed?

( tonight i have swapped the bag for a blanket, but has wriggled away from it already)

Thanks x

Sorry, but your post made me laugh! They only get MORE wriggly and there's nothing you can do about it!

Don't think you can't still use a sleeping bag in a toddler bed though because you can - DD was in hers until only a couple of months ago and she's 28 months now. When they get out they just do the Grobag shuffle.

How old is he? I switched DD at 17 months because she was climbing out of her cot but in comparison to her peers this was very young.

Is he climbing out of the bed? Is there a reason he can't have a sleeping bag in the toddler bed?
