For a baby girl (15months old), who never crawled (only commando style) to not be able to get herself up from a sitting position? But my DD can walk, although she is still very cautious.

Are there any mums out there with a similar experience, and does anyone have any tips on how I can maybe help her to learn?

I guess her upper body strength might not be as developed as she didn't crawl in the "typical" way.....if you're concerned, ask the HV or GP about it....but she's only small still....you could start swimming lessons to help her develop her upper strength too.
