my dd has always had a slight 'down' of fine hairs down below.

but i noticed them a bit more at nappy change. they are very fine and not noticable unless you look closely, but i think they have gotten longer since i last looked.

i am now worried, that this is the sign of some hormonal problem. although little change in months there is a change and in a couple f years what could this mean?

is it normal and nothing to be worried about? has anyone else noticed this on their under one dd?

DSs have hairy legs, backs, arms and (in the case of DS2) rims of his ears. Light, downy hair and virtualy invisible.

yes. it was very dark when she was born, she looked like a monkey, but now its very fair. well except her hair on her head which is still very dark.

my dd2 is like this too yentil - she is hairy all over (hairy back!!). She is 7 now and it is becoming more noticeable. Perfectly normal though Smile

my DD looks like a chimp! she was really hairy as a baby and the hair was quite dark....all over. its now a lot lighter and not so noticable but yes she does still have a slight covering of very fine hair over her pubic area.
