nappies for a big 7 year old

my dd has never been dry at night
she SN although presents pretty well if you dont know her
she struggles with any change so has always refused pull ups
she is big for her age and i am finding it hard to get nappies to fit her
I am using pampers size 6 and they are at the end of their stretch

HAve you tried the pyjama pants? Don't they cater for older ones? We managed with pampers size 6, but kids are slim and lightish and got DS out of them just before 6. There are plenty of older kids still in pyjama pants etc though, am sure someone will be on to help .
