Both ds1 and 2 have always been confident and happy to go to Playgroup or grandma's. Ds3 is completely different. It doesn't help that I work on random days at short notice . This unfortunately can not be changed. It is getting so bad that ds3 cries and hides whenever he sees grandma and this is upsetting everybody.
Any ideas welcome.
