My baby is sleepy and dribbly - is he teething?

My ds is 11 weeks and for the last 3 days has been extremely dribbly, chewing his fists, very very grumpy and sometimes suddenly screams with pain for no apparent reason. He has also started settling to sleep less well and much later in the evening. Is he teething, and did anyone else experience sleepiness with early teething? (He has behaved differently to this during growth spurts and is usually a happy baby)

My DS1 dribbled early, although no teeth until 6 mths!
If his temp is normal, I would say it is prob teething symptoms.
