Have you removed a dummy at 10 months?

How did you to it? Did you just go cold turkey or restrict to naps only. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid I have no advice but will be watching with interest. My ds is nearly 9months and I thinking if it would be easier to get rid of it now or wait until he's older.

I got rid of dummy at 11 months. My advice is just to relax and watch for cues..... dd went to sleep a couple of times without it (as I legged it to the steriliser to collect it) So I just thought happy days. .... No problem at all. But my other one also weaned of it on her own at 17 months so I've never experienced these supposed 'issues' with getting rid of them.
