She wont weight bear on her legs, she can stand (with support) but only on her tip toes for a minute or so.

She is crawling and sitting fine but no attempt to pull herself up or stand on her own accord.

Do I need to see anybody about the tiptoes? Or is it something that will correct itself eventually? Im in no rush for her to start walki.g, just worried about the development of her feet.

By the way I havent used a babywalker, which I have read can be cause of shortened tendons in feet.

As with so many things child related, it could be indicative of something, or nothing (the most likely probability). It's no harm to have it checked though, just to put your mind at rest.
