How to stop child from throwing objects

Hi all, DS is 2.5 and over the past week or so his behaviour has gotten worse.he went from temper tantrums to throwing toys etc and hitting kicking me and his little brother. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to stop this as my legs and arms are bruised from where iv been hit Sad

Stick by him so your can grab the object before it is thrown . Say no in a firm voice. Take away if it is about to be thrown again .

Try to watch him for signs that tell you he is about to blow so you get better at preventing them. good luck.
