My nearly 25 wk old has an hour in the morning about 8.45. Then two hours about 11.45 and an hour later in the afternoon up around 5pm. I put him on this routine (recommended by a lot of so called sleep experts) as it helped my dd sleep through at the same age. It is not working with him though!!!

According to Elizabeth pantley at 6 months they can only manage 2 to 3 hours of awake time before being cranky. Mine are a bit older now and I can't quite remember tge naps at this age.

If you get this thread moved to chat or sleep or post in the postnatal group for te month you had Lo, you might get a few more responses.
