please could anyone suggest a good book on child development?

I've three dcs nearly 6, 3 and 1. Until recently they've been fairly easy but I think I need to do a bit of reading up on child development particularly for the eldest who is getting more and more challenging. Any suggestions appreciated.

Not exactly child development but I really recommend Calmer Easier Happier Parenting for dealing with the challenging behaviour at all ages.
