24 weeks - growth spurt?

My baby boy seems to grow over night and is v cranky - what goes on at 24 wks? Is this a phase?

Don't know but mine is the same age and is definitely going through a growth spurt - he seems to be heavier every time I pick him up and I'm having to feed him constantly. Also lots of development milestones reached suddenly (including the don't-you-dare-leave-me-alone one) so it's an interesting time...

DD2 is 22 weeks and is definitely building up to something. Sleeping a lot and feeding loads in between!

Getting ready to wean? My 5.5mo is the same.
