Encouraging baby to drink during the day

My 23wk old is not interested in milk during the day and tgen makes up for it at night. He's FF. I've just started tentively weaning him - not sure if this will make a difference ?

Ooh I remember one of mine was like that! Party time once we hit 9.00pm!

I just offered milk all day long...little bits were taken...and after a couple of weeks those little bits got bigger and she began sleeping properly in increments.

It wasn't right away though.
