6mo waking at least every hour at night, tell me this will pass?

Dd2 had been a reasonable sleeper but it all went to pot a week ago when she had a cold. Now she wakes at least hourly in the night. She has just started blw and seems more windy. I have a 3yo too so I can't sleep in the day when dd2 does. Is this a sleep regression? Tell me it will pass, its worse than having newborn nights!

She is breast fed except for one bottle of formula at bedtime, which has been the case for months.

I'm having almost exactly the same issue! I'm hoping its not another regression, I'm only just recovered from the 4m one!

what is she eating? if she's more windy - that will wake her up (I've been there!)
Broccoli, for example, was a killer - I banned it until they were a bit older.

Mainly fruit and veg - mango, plum, cucumber, steamed carrot, roast veg sticks, bread and soft cheese. She wasn't so keen on broccoli.

Why not give less fruit and veg and a bit more meat? See if that helps?
