Potty training - what to do at nap time?

We have just started toilet training with my 2.10 ds. He still sometimes has a 2 hr sleep, do I put him back in a nappy for that?

Also, he always goes off to hide for a poo. How do we overcome that to poo on the toilet?

We use pull-ups (bedtime pants as they're known in my house) rather than nappies for sleep.

I just used to stick one of those bed mats on the bed under him. Don't think my two ever had an accident at nap time (make sure he sits on loo/potty before nap though).
