Pooing and weeing in her pants

Our daughter is 4 next month and has been out of nappies for a long time. What she does now quite frequently is poo and wee herself and happily sit around in her dirty pants. Is great at preschool but when at home or friends it is a disaster. She will deny she has done anything. We have tried softly softly and getting cross but nothing is working.

Can any one help as it is a real issue now and creating a lot of tension in the house

Any other events happening, have you moved house or is there another baby on the way, has she been moved at pre-school into a different group?

If she were also having accidents at pre-school I'd suggest you take her to your GP to rule out a bladder infection.
