Ever changing sleep patterns!

My lo is now 3 months old and in the last month or so her sleep patterns have changed so many times.
It started with her going from 10-8 (LOVELY!!) then went to 10-5am-8am this was ok, then 9-6/6.30-9am (preferred this one) NOW 9-4am-8.30am!!
What's going on? I thought the older they get the longer they sleep. At 9pm she doesn't have all of her feed and falls asleep on the bottle. But this is her bed time as any later she starts to get ratty!
Is it normal for her patterns to change all the time?
My body cannot get used to it!! :(

Hiya, yes all perfectly normal! I would suggest that you reduce the amount you feed her late afternoon, ie the bottle feed before the last one(not necessarily by a lot - maybe 30ml less) which should then mean that she will be hungry enough to finish her last bottle at night. It's a case of constant tweaking really until they are weaned. I found trying to be as rigid as possible about the times of feeds helped the nights settle into routine so that there are as few variables as possible.
