4mo suddenly quite sicky

Hi there,
4 month old dd has got reflux, which she is on medication and prescription milk for, and all seems under control with the reflux. Suddenly over the past week she seems very sicky...I've always got sick on one shoulder or another!!!!

I think teething is beginning, as she's gnawing on her little fists, and there are signs on teeth in there, her poo is a bit runnier, and she seems hot and cold and not as chatty some days.
Could the stickiness be part of the teething process??? She's not ever been a sicky baby, and even wither reflux (silent reflux) she wasn't sick, her food just used to come up and burn her oesophegus, but not actually sick.

Sleeps fine, and an average of 11 hours straight at night, which is absolute bliss!!

Anybody else experienced this??. If so I'd be very interested to know!,
