can anyone recommend Omega 3 tablets for my 7yr old?

Do you know that Omega 3 is readily available in foods (oily fish (mackerel, sardines, salmon, halibut) flax seeds and walnut?

Or doesn't he like those either?

I'd second vegepa chewables. I get mine through amazon if you subscribe to get them monthly they work out cheaper.

I get mine from amazon (I buy the orange chewable ones which I cut and hide in a spoon of peanut butter!).

another recommendation for vegepa - ds who is 6 has ones you can swallow.
we get them on line from the health bay
