kicking legs

My 3 month old baby never kicks his legs. I have just noticed this. Should i be concerned? He was 5 weeks premature. His neck muscles seem strong and he moves his arms ok.

Presumably he moves his legs and doesn't just have a floppy lower body

If he wriggles/squirms symmetrically/moves etc that's probably fine. Kicking at things eg baby gym at 12 weeks - probably mine didn't either. That was later. If I remember correctly - though I may not!
