baby bald patch - is it normal?

My dd is 3 months and since I've moved her from the moses basket to the cot she has developed a bald strip on the back of her head. I think it must be from her turning her head side to side vigorously. I'm a bit worried about it - has anyone else had this and is it normal? I assume it will grow back at some point!

Very normal! Yes, it will grow in when your DD is a bit bigger.

Very normal. It will grow back.

Yeah it is totally normal. DDs hair has only just started to grow evenly all over at 1.1 Grin

Yes! My DS' hair fell out in patches and grew back in lovely and thick.

Yep, totally normal and will grow back perfectly fine. Baby hair is very soft and when they can't lift their heads up very much they tend to spend an awful lot of time turning their heads side to side.

Oh yes. Very normal. Once they are sitting up a lot and then on the move it will all grow back.
