So, my 13wk dd has gone from pooing every 4-5 days days 'Mr Whippy' consistency ( a 2 man job to deal with!!) to 4-5+ times a day watery/seedy.

This has been since she had her jabs.

Doc looked at her last week and said as long as she wasn't vomiting, it was probably just a bug and would work it's way through.

However, this constant pooing is showing no signs of stopping.

This morning she projectile pooed at about 40mph all over me and the carpet!!

She seems happy in herself, She doesn't appear to be in any pain. No issues with how hard/soft her stomach is etc. Hasn't gone off her milk, is feeding (formula) just fine.

But it can't be right to poo this much this many times a day???! Can it??!

I'm not a professional but I didn't want to leave your post unanswered. Maybe someone with more knowledge than me will be along soon but I do have 2 DC and plenty experience of their poop!

I've always followed the thought that if they are producing enough wet nappies, no temperature, still feeding, don't seem in pain etc, then they are probably okay. If it were me, I'd probably give it a few more days and if still the same, I'd phone the surgery and ask for a telephone appointment with a doctor. Hth.

If it was me I would probably start with hv. It might be a bug as they can take a couple of weeks to clear. I may also be a bit worried about lactose intolerance.

Yep, plenty of wet nappies. No temperature. Still feeding. Happy as larry to be fair. Just pooing a lot

We have used 15 nappies so far today - it's only 3pm.

Thanks for the advice Smile

How long ago did she have the jabs? The nurse at my surgery told me that a side effect of the jabs were some nasty nappies.

8 days ago. I just thought it would have settled by now.

Her sleeping routine has also gone to pot since the bloody jabs! She keeps waking at 4am, when she was going regularly til 7am+

They warned me of that too!
